Welcome! This site holds an online journal, a photo gallery, information about me which I'd love to share with everyone who is interested.

I fell in love with writing in High School. I love the process of story-telling, sharing bits of my life, and creating an experience with words and pictures. I absolutely love the fact that this site is MINE and I can control everything about it - from what it looks like, to what I say (bursts into a sinister laugh).

I write about my daily adventures - as a mother of a teenager, as a partner to my actor/director boy-friend, as a young woman enjoying the fullness of life, as a girly-girl who loves to shop, and a dancer who still dreams to perform with Madonna.

I like to write about my life, a few brazen thoughts here and there, and finding inspiration and happiness in the small simple pleasures of life. Ok...with the, extravagant and luxurious ones too!

Who needs a stresstab?

I woke up late today. Uh-oh...this is going to be a stressfull day. I literally jumped out of bed and gave myself the fastest shower ever known to man! Fixed everthing I needed, had lunch (I think I ate too fast again), and had a 10 minute chat with my hana(quality time). I looked at his watch that was resting on the bedside table and saw that it was 12noon. Good God, my call time is 12noon!

I never knew it was possible for cars to fly. By this time my stress level has soared way past the next galaxy and back. I absolutely hate being late for a rehearsal. Aside from it being completely unpro, I really dread having to catch up on whatever combination I missed. . Then, half way to Abs-Cbn, my phone rings. It's my hana (read: more quality time). Hey, what can I do? He can't seem to get enough of me :) So, there I was, flying my plane...oh, I mean car...talking on the cell, thinking about being more than 30 minutes late by now, and a guy in a blue uniform is asking me to stop. Sh*t,,,I think that was an MMDA guy. What the...I wasn't speeding and am sure as hell I didn't beat no red light. So, deadma ito, I drive on (bad girl julie, bad!). I make a U-ey under the flyover and right before turning right at GMA, there he(MMDA) was again! I pretended not to see him. I look at my rear-view mirror and I see him scribbling down something. Why do I have a feeling that he's getting my license plate number?

I arrive at 12:38pm. True enough, I had to learn another combination of Geo(our choreographer). As if 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8 was enough. Her combi consists of steps in between counts. Meaning something like and,a, 1, and, a 2, and, a, 3...AAaaaaargh! So it was like that for the next two hours. ..

Finally we get a break. I grab my cell and text my hana, "What you doing?". He replies, "Thinking of you." Aaaaaw!!! Stress-buster number one! I text again, " You wanna watch a movie later?" He answers, "Sure.Anytrhing to be with you." And there goes stress-buster number two. And that deserves another...aaaaaaw!!!

We finish at 6pm and I head back to our condo. Seeing my two Mikes (Michael and Mikah) was my ultimate stress-buster. This, too, is my favorite part of each day. It's great to be home. Upgrade your email with 1000's of emoticon icons
