Welcome! This site holds an online journal, a photo gallery, information about me which I'd love to share with everyone who is interested.

I fell in love with writing in High School. I love the process of story-telling, sharing bits of my life, and creating an experience with words and pictures. I absolutely love the fact that this site is MINE and I can control everything about it - from what it looks like, to what I say (bursts into a sinister laugh).

I write about my daily adventures - as a mother of a teenager, as a partner to my actor/director boy-friend, as a young woman enjoying the fullness of life, as a girly-girl who loves to shop, and a dancer who still dreams to perform with Madonna.

I like to write about my life, a few brazen thoughts here and there, and finding inspiration and happiness in the small simple pleasures of life. Ok...with the, extravagant and luxurious ones too!

Thirty-freaking-one baybee!!! My hana's gift was hidden under our comforter. It was in this pretty blue and green (my favorite color combination coz it's both out favorite colors combined) box with a string of small beads on the cover and a blue ribbon wrapped around it. Holding it in my hand, "hmmm...it's quite heavy", i thought. It must be the iPOD! So I took out the ribbon slowly, pretending I didn't have the slightest idea what it was. iPOD! iPOD! IPOD! Wuhoooo! Then I opened it and got the shock of my life. It wasn't an iPOD but something a whole lot better. It was a leather bound NLT version of the Holy Bible. I've been nagging my hana to get me one for months already and I thought that he had forgotten already. I was in tears! It was the most beautiful gift, EVER! Far better than than an iPOD (ok, the iPOD comes second, pink alogator pumps third). It was truly something that i "needed". The next day, Aug 28, on my real birthday, I woke up and found a beautiful basket decorated with ribbons and a butterfly. A personalized card from my daughter was sitting on it. She said she decorated this basket for me and that I can put all the magazines that I had written for in this basket. Aaaaaaaw! I love my 2 mikes!

Instead of going to some fancy restaurant on my birthday, I opted to dine with some friends and family at JT's (Joel Torre) Manukan. My taste buds were craving for it and they really have the best chicken inasal in Manila that's sooooo to die for! Plus it's super cheap too. First timers, Tracy, Joel, Reema, Nino, Maite, and Gigi say....YEAH!!!
