A Bunch of Assorted Stuff

I've been away from the blogging world for more than a week I almost posted another hiatus sign. The last 2 weeks have been extremely hectic. Check it out… 1. Kuh Ledesma’s Show – took mom to Kuh’s last show at the Mandarin coz she promised me she wouldn’t scream and pass out when she meets her. Hehe! Finally, my hana and mother dearest met. Ended the night having Filipino breakfast at the lobby of The Pen. 2. Mom’s Birthday – had lunch at Via Mare with her, my hana, my babygirl and my sis who was also with her boy-friend. The last time I saw Celine, she was just 11 years old! She’ll be 18 on August 27. My birthday comes after hers, on the 28th. Neat, huh? Couldn’t stop looking at her. She’s s really beauty. Here’s a pic of her and me. 3. Rehearsals – relentless, never-ending, tireless rehearsals for ASAP and for taping of CLUB TV this Tuesday. One show down, 1 more to go. 4. Anniversary – Celebrated our 4th year together by having lunch (coz I had rehearsals in the pm) at Oody’s. I know, not much of a celebrate-your-anniversary resto but I was in the mood for some Pad Thai so…Anyway, after which I rushed to ABS-CBN for ASAP rehearsals…crap. Good thing we ended really early so hana and I was able to catch a movie at Shang. “Monster-in-Law” was quite amusing. The Jane Fonda and Wanda Skyes tandem was greatly effective. 5. ASAP – I wasn’t so happy with my performance today at ASAP. In our second number the music somekinda overlapped with the intro so we (the 2 pairs) didn’t hear the start of the music, which was extremely vital for the start of our lifting. We only had 4 counts to kill before the start of the partnering and we were 4 counts late. So the partnering looked more like a canon. *sigh* Oh well. It happens. Mom says it looked fine. But she’s my mom. :) Thank God it’s Sunday ( night) and I’m finally home. Tomorrow’s another busy day… PROMO TIME: We have a show this July 21st at Zirkoh, please come watch.
