Introducing... the latest addition to our family! We got them 2 days ago at a pet store in Megamall. Bebe and Baba ...They are Normal Parakeets (baket? are there abnormal ones?). Bebe (pronounced as Beebee) is mine. Bebe because the color of her feathers are bebe(baby) blue. Kainizzz!!! The one on the right is Baba, which is my hana's. Baba because my hana can't possibly think of a name for his bird so he settled for the male version of my bird's name saying that it goes well with Bebe. Ok fine :) Haru and Chiru ...these are Mikah's. They're called Pied Parakeets. But in the pet store sign it said, "DIED PARAKEETS". My though bubble was, "kaya pala mura kasi dead." Later on, we were infromed that this was just a case of bad handwriting. :) Anyway, Mikah named them Haru and Chiru. Reason being...I could only think of her obsession with Anime or anything Japanese for that matter! Here's the thing though...we're not really sure which ones are female and which are male. We sort of forgot to ask the peeps at the pet store. We got them purely for their aesthetic qualities. Hahaha! But I must say, their tweet-tweeting is such a refreshing sound. Kindda makes you feel like you're in the province or something. P.S. You see the yellow birds up there? Scroll down to my entry before this one last and look at the second pic...Oh di ba?
